Jiffy Lube
From Smog Check to Trouble

I went for only a smog check and it took them one hour to do it because they screwed up on the zip code and needed to run it again so it would match DMV. After that visit I went to my Acura dealership for an oil change and they found out that Jiffy Lube Change my Oil Filter and messed with the screw in the oil pan since I always take it to Acura for oil changes. So pretty much they decided to do other stuff on my vehicle without my authorization... Never Again I will go to Jiffy Lube for anything and my friends have been warned already.
