Jiffy Lube
Refund Check

I had jiffy lube change the oil on my Mercedes Benz. They put a broken seal on my car and it dripped oil all over my driveway, and had a terrible scent of burning oil. I had to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. I had to pay 164 dollars on top of what I had payed to Jiffy Lube. The dealership told me that everything they had to fix on the car was becasue of what they messed up. I have been to Jiffy Lube several times since then and they told me I would get a refund check. I have yet to receive my money, not to mention they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I am more then disatisfied with jiffy lubes service I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about my terrible service. I want my refund check a.S.A. P!
