Maytag refrigerators have known defective parts and refuse to repai

I have a three year old maytag refrigerator with a bad
adaptive defrost system which causes it to freeze up and not cool at all.
After contacting about ten service company's about the problem all of them tell me the problem without a service call, and also tell me this is a known problem with maytag refrigerators.

June 14 i had a service person from all area appliance service, inc. Make a service call which confirmed my problem.

This service person also told me this was a known problem
maytag refrigerators and the part was defective.
After numerous calls to maytag corp. And customer service they refuse to repair my refrigerator and give me any help at all.
