Ripoff, did not finish job and did not fix screw-ups

Before someone else gets taken the way I was let me warn you about a carpenter by the name of Jerry Tinney.

Jerry Tinney lives in Zephyrhills, Florida @ 4417 Hooper Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542-7124. His home phone number is 779-0138 and his cell number is 312-1322 just in case you have been screwed by him and would like to contact him.

To begin with, if you hire this man, be prepared for Mr. Tinney to blow smoke right up your ass. That's all it is too, because he does not come thru on his promises. He may promise that roof will not leak, be sure that it will.

Mr. Tinney also does not know how to finish up on a punch list. He wants the paying work to keep rolling in, but the minute you ask him to fix what he messed up, he becomes missing and he has every excuse you can possibly think of but his favorite is his car broke down.

And be careful if he gives you a sob story about needing an advance to get his car going so he can come finish your job you won't see him or the money ever again!

Oh and to top off everything, you will have quite a nice collection of empty Busch Beer cans in your yard when he does leave. I'm sure this is the reason he got fired from his big corporate job he left my house to do. He didn't last long showing up drunk in the morning.

And one last thing, if he does promise you something for free (since he already made a killing off of you) get it in writing, because he will try his best to charge you for it at a later date.
