Union Plumbing is TERRIBLE - Do NOT Use them!

Union Plumbing is a TERRIBLE service!!! Do NOT use them!!! They said that their technician showed up at my house and they did NOT (I was here). They said they called ahead, they did not. The second day, they refused to send someone out at a reasonable time. Then, in the midst of complaining about it, I was put on hold in mid sentence twice. Their manager was RUDE, their scheduler was RUDE, and the owner Larry Glines was too important to pick up the phone and resolve the issue with me. TWO thumbs DOWN on this company!!!
