Custom Door Direct, AKA Longs Millwork Inc. AKA Don Ng

We made the terrible mistake of contracting with Mr. Ng to build a custom door for our new home. He told us it would be ready in 4 weeks.

Four months later it was delivered. It was assembled with pieces that did match in size or color. When we contacted Mr. Ng, he answered the phone the first time we called. After that, he stopped taking our calls and avoided us for months.

We contacted him again six months later when the panels in the door fell out. He assured us that he would fix this promptly. That was several weeks ago and we have not seen him yet.

I managed to get him on the phone again and explained about the panels falling out and he asked if we would email pictures and then he would have his local representative come out so this can be fixed.

We are several weeks down the road now and he is not returning calls and we have not seen a representative. I advise that you RUN, not walk to avoid this dishonest merchant.
