This company has not made good on it's sale or install to us of a custom iron door. His contract and sales agreement papers do not match up on finish dates. One said % weeks special instructions, the other 8-10.. He has kept making excuses and wants more money. He sold us the custom iron door that he was to design in January. June 29th and no door.

This company and man are wanting more money to deliver a door that was agreed on taking 5 weeks to create and then install. He says it is being made in Camargo, Mexico. There is no way of us checking.

He first told us that his employees robbed him of his tools. He has told us that it is almost done. He has told us he had to redesign the door. He has told us his Mexican counterparts always take even longer to create the doors once they get their money. Not once has he called us for follow ups but once to try to collect the remainder of the owed money, and then not even when the door was ready as his contract implies. He changes his story on the status of the door. He had even tried to convince us that we needed to buy our own door knobs and handles yet his contract and agreement say that he would supply it.

We have n attorney involved and hope to recover the money as it is obvious after this long that he will not deliver our door.
