Doesn't honor warranty or phone calls rip off

I bought the Duraflame heater model number 10Q1071ARA a year ago when it stopped working. Called the 800# on the manual which is a message center. I left 10 messages since September and the company will not return any of my phone calls. The customer service portal is a dead end, it doesn't work, there is no way to email them.

They're a rip off. I'm contacting the corporate offices of every store that carries their brands and telling them about their customer service and showing them the links to the Facebook page where customers are complaining and not getting results, only the run around.

On the company's website there is a link, above is the link, for facebook which I followed only to find a lot more people with the same complain as mine. No customer service, no returned phone calls, just people who are shafted with a defective product.

I'm contacting the BBB is Delray Beach Florida, 561-842-1918, first thing Monday morning.
