The very first floor tenant (May Gentile) who's the dog owner mounted two canopies with no permit or permit (illegally) which provides rats like rabbit to rise in to the port pipes. Simply because they might rise about the illegitimate prolonged home they had builded wo allow also, and on the top of the cover and in to the port pipes and split the surfaces and obtain into my space by damaging in. These rats are a medical issues simply because they might provide any type of illnesses to my member of the family that we stay with. I complainted to All Attention Management, 311 and also to Building by which you can take a look at online, but these resident about the first-floor (May Gentile & Rubin) ignored any proceedings that they encounter several fines for all breach but nothing has been completed. I'd like them to get rid of both canopies so rats would not rise in to the ports.
