DuraFlame Company will not return phone calls for faulty product

Ought this product under a year ago when it stopped working. Called the 800# on the manual which is a message center. I left 4 messages to date and the company will not return any of my phone calls. On the company's website there is a link for facebook which I followed only to find a lot more people with the same complain as mine. No customer service, no returned phone calls, just people who are shafted with a defective product. I always thought of the DuraFlame brand as a quality brand, with quality products. This is not the case. This is a ripoff and everyone should avoid them as they do not honor any of their warranties.
