Scammers! Quote one product, install cheaper product, exude violent behavior towards complaint

Salesman came to my home and quoted a high grade carpet with the "highest grade" padding at $2,000.installers installed some of the WORST carpet I have seen, and was CLEARLY different than ordered on sample with cheaper quality/thickness padding we ordered. We contacted salesman who came out and was beligerent, belittling to my wife, and threatening. He took our receipts and samples left... Now we have no receipts, but we're going to have to go to small claims court now.

I have crappy rental unit grade carpeting in my home with terrible padding, and they want to threaten a lien on my home. Salesman told carpet installer to "Keep all the labels off the carpet rolls so they can't see them".

Fraud, misreprestnation and subtrifuge to scam a customer. NEVER deal with these intimidating people again! We are seriously concerned for our safety now, based on their demeanor and threatening behavior. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THEIR PHYSICAL ADDRESS! We are dealig with the BBB, Small Claims, and Personal Attorney. We're working on a restraining order!
