Unresponsive customer service, no one ever called us back, rude answering people

Bought 2 duraflame fireplace heaters. Less than 6 months old and they both shut-off after a couple of minutes of use! Called CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL week. You get answering service people that say they will give message to CUSTOMER SERVICE and that they will call you. Heck NO they do not ever call you back!!! So I keep calling their answering service and get the run-around. They were so RUDE and did not care! So I called back QVC where I purchased these and they are going to look into TWIN-STAR and they are giving us our money back on these two pieces of JUNK. Over 200.00!! Thanks so much QVC. Twin star, you need to go out of business. You are the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER in my life dealt with. Do not buy these defective heaters...
