Ty Ty Nurservy GA
Did not ship replacement plants as agreed

I purchased several trees and raspberry bushes from Ty Ty nurservy, GA last year. The plants were to arrive in October, but arrived in December. However in spring time the trees and raspberry bushes did not show any signs of life, where my other trees finished blooming.

After several phone calls, complaints with the cosumer affairs, they agreed that I can return them and will receive new plants in 2011. The year 2011 is over, and I have still not received plants from them. I spend over $120.00 on the plants plus $ 22.00 to return them. They have call Id blocked and do not answer my phone calls. I have send a demand letter, with no response.
I have complaint to the dept of Agriculture to investigate their business practices and revoke the license to continue to do business and rip consumers off.

Do not buy from ty Ty. I never dealt with this kind of company before. Before you spend money at Ty Ty, think three times.
