We visited put up new service at our community Alagasco (Selma) simply to discover they no further possess a customer support. They offered us a fax amount to deliver our rental contract and backup of our drivers license. No particular individual to deliver it to, simply send it. I contact about half an hour later to check out up-to make certain they'd obtained. The woman couldn't support. She stated it'd consider 1-2 times for "the department" to "approach my fax" plus they might provide us a phone. She couldn't tell me if my fax was obtained! Below it's Friday with no phone.
