Providing false information to get money

I created a phone to ALAGASCO spook to Cassandra and her boss Rivera. I had been guaranteed when I created a cost prior to the end-of business-day that my providers wouldn't be disturbed. However my providers were disturbed and today they're informing me that I've to pay for a reconnect charge along with a deposit. Consequently I've now been lied to by a couple. Then I called back and spoke to three distinct people and nothing was solved. Not just was it-not solved I've been informed that there promise was no-good and achieved nothing simply because they couldn't contact their use within the area to prevent the slice of procedure. As the men which were below disconnecting the support, they advised my spouse he had a telephone that client service might contact him on. And so I hardly understand who doesn't understand how to do their work or simply does not understand the right info. When it's winter and individuals need to have the support and just why they'll state something and another occur.
