My walking disturbed the neighbor down stairs so i had carpeting layed down and it did no good so the my neighbor disturbed me! And we both got into disputes, complaints went on between me my neighbor and the land lord, the land lord blamed even though i had carpeting on the floor in another case i was expecting some guest over to my place i waited out side the building and the land lord told me to move i replied i was waiting for my guest he said for me to move or face eviction so i moved i moved the h*l out
