I spent over $2500 on this range only three years ago and it is just plain not working!!!
It is NOT the heating element as the Frigidaire customer service Representative rudely indicated it was on my first call. Neither heating unit gets warm but there is no error code on the display unit and the convection fan is still running...

I am disgusted that the company refuses to stand behind the product after such a short time, regardless of the warranty status. I just find it so ridiculous and of such poor taste that consumers are expected to purchase pricey extended warranties above and beyond the price of what are supposed to be high end, quality appliances, because why... We are expecting them to break? When I spend over $2,000 on an appliance I expect it to work for more than 3 years and if it doesn't I demand that the company that made it, stand behind their faulty product! I refuse to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on service calls and hundreds more on parts on a stove that is only 3 years old and is supposedly the TOP of the line of your product line... I am so disgusted!

So. Here I am, 5 days before Christmas with a useless and non-working range, unable to bake cookies for Santa with my two small children or prepare Christmas dinner... This is NOT customer service! All I was looking for was a good faith gesture for them to offer to send a tech out to take a look at it and replace the broken part since clearly, something is faulty as it is broken after only three years... But all I have gotten is rudeness and attitude. I am disgusted.
