No refund

I came across it frustrating needing to proceed all around the location looking for tiles for wall and tiles for ground etc. I thought the company might include examples. I terminated my bathroom reno and after my partner named them we eventually got $1500.00 back plus they advised us these were maintaining the total amount due to their so-called free appraisal. No day was ACTUALLY decided on with no materials were actually requested

After many e-mails to Bill Berkovits he's didn't return the total amount of my deposit.
