National Energy Audits
Poor Service

I never post but due to the customer service I have been receiving I felt I had to share my experience.in the summer of 2011 I had national energy audits do an audit and the work they recommended. Fast forward to the winter and my house is still drafty and not retaining heat. I went into my attic and discovered that I was only given R19 insulation and it did not have the kraft paper the auditor recommended. The auditor also recommended R30 but it seems i have been given R19 which is not as thick. I went around the perimeter of my attic and I see that they did not use any of the spray foam that was also supposed to be applied and that I paid for. Now that it is winter and temps are dropping I noticed there is no difference which caused me to inspect and find this shocking discovery in my attic. So I have been playing phone games with the ladies in the customer service office and they keep telling me that they are waiting on approval from their manager. So at this point I have given up trying to get them back out to my home to install the right insulation and/or get some sort of a refund. I highly recommend to other homeowners to use extreme caution letting this company into your home. At this point I will be reaching out to the BBB
