ERG Attic insulation, Energy Audit, Energy Efficient Windows

ERG first did an energy audit. About a week later I received a power-point file
with about 15 pairs of pictures (one was a normal picture; the second was an
infra-red picture) and comments. These showed places in my house that
needed attention to improve the insulation of my house. This power-point
file was very interesting and very useful.
About a week later a crew came by to improve my attic insulation.
It took about an hour. This improved my attic insulation rating to R-50.
About a day later an ERG worker came by to measure the 5 windows.
These windows were ready about a week later. The workers took
care of all the old windows and cleaned up. These new windows
are a great improvement to my house: very energy efficient,
easy to open/close/lock, look very nice.
