As advertised on TV, I ordered (per phone) a can of Flex Seal for $19.99. This order included one free can and shipping/handling and tax for each can. The total charge was supposed to be $39.98.

When I received my order on August 01 it included 4 cans: 2 cans at $19.99 each and 2 "free cans" plus shipping/handling & tax. The total bill was $84.57!

When I called the company to complain about the double order, I was given 2 options:
Keep the 4 cans and receive a complimentary credit card refund of $21.09 or return the extra 2 cans at my own expense and receive the same credit of $21.09. I would not receive any more credit so I might as well keep the order.

I kept all 4 cans and received my $21.09 credit, but I ended up paying $63.48 instead of $39.98.

I applied the sealant to a crack on my roof. The sealant did not seal the crack and became cracked itself. Another problem is that there is very little sealant in each can. One can only covers 2 square feet.

I do not think this is a good product and I would like to have my money refunded. I would not buy this product.
