I spent over 5000 dollars last year on living room furniture, mattress set and a bedroom set. The only one that i don't have issues with is the bedroom set. The couch is very poorly made, i just noticed a rip in the back of it and it turns out my warrenty expired 2 weeks ago! I purchased the mattress set and it included a free tv. It turns out my mattress is defective and I went to select a new one as it turns out my mattress is only worth 627 not 999 what I actually spent on it. They are charging me over 300 for the tv which i thought i was getting for free!!! I have called customer service and they said sorry can't help you, you can only select a mattress for the amount of money which they say is owed to me. They are alos charging me a 99.99 delivery fee-which i originally paid when i had everything delivered. They get you comng and going. I will NEVER purchase anything from rooms to go agao and I urge everyone else in this world not to as well.
