Great Rooms and Mattresses
5 weeks and still no mattress or dining room set

I ordered furniture for a new house and after 5 weeks still do not have the mattress for my daughter's bed or the dining room furniture. We had ordered the furniture about 3 weeks before I was due to move so they had plenty of time to get it ready. I will have a delivery scheduled and then it gets canceled. Just got off the phone with the delivery guy who asked what my schedule was like for Monday... I work on Monday. The delivery guy said "Jill" put something on his schedule he hadn't expected. Well, I think I've waited long enough.
At this point I have stopped caring if I get the mattress and have put in emails to two attorneys in town, I don't care if I spend what the mattress cost to get a refund I just want them to spend the same amount on their own attorney! I'm not going to sit back and let them diddle around after they have been paid for the furniture. I will shop at from now on, I ordered my mattress and had it delivered the next weekend. Paid the same amount for it so it's not like Great Rooms gave me a better deal.
