Robert Lane is an atttorney in Anaheim Ca. He contacted us about the loan modification we were doing with Kinetca federal credit union. He requested our financials. We submitted our paper work and all of our financials... Then... We heard nothing for 6months, he refused to return phone calls or emails. So... We contacted Kinetca and Dovenmuhle the servicer directly and asked for a status. WE were then served with foreclosure papers and we then contacted the agencies that regulate the credit unions. IMMEDIATELY ROBERT LANE threatened us. Do not contact the lender or your loan modification is pointless... We tried again, to work through this man, but he is arrogant and very reckless in his practice of law. We filled complaints with the state bar and the lender and federal organizations, IMMEDIATELY WE WERE PUT BACK INTO FORECLOSURE.
Never ever work with this attorney. He is extremely unprofessional and threatens those he deals with. We are not in foreclosure and dealing withthe state bar association. If we suffer a loss due to Mr. Lanes unprofessional behaviour, we will sue him for his reckless actions.
