After making an appointment with empire a nice young man showed up with samples in hand. With a pleasant smile he introduced himself as eric ormanian. He was polite, quick and efficient. Even when i didnt qualify for credit, he made me feel comfortable with the payment i put down until my other income was available. My house was in a real mess and he seemed comfortable and was wonderful thru the whole process
