Water leak 2007 vw bug

My VW has standing water inside when it rains. The back seats and floor is flooded. The front passenger side has flooded and the condensation inside the car with the window steam makes it impossible to drive. I need to know if there is a recall or what I can do to get the carpet seats and water flooding stopped.
Does anyone have any suggestions to stop the water from building up inside the cavity of the car?
