My car is leaking (again) - Hummer H3

I purchased a 2006 Hummer H3. There has been multiple issues with this vehicle. The biggest issue is the water leak from both the sunroof and the right side of the dashboard. This was initially partially "fixed" by the Hummer Dealership in Tysons corner Virginia. They committed to replacing the water damaged seats, that never happened. Then I took it to the Chantilly Virginia dealership when the leak re-occured. They "fixed" the leak and supposedly forgot to order the replacement seats, but shampooed the existing (water stains still visible) I followed up with the service manager for a couple months and my seats were never replaced. Now it is leaking again. Hummer needs to do the right thing, fix my vehicle, clean out the mold, refund my money for the rusted Air condition part I paid to have replaced, and replace my seats
