Horrible Customer Service ripoff

We bought a couch, loveseat, and chair from Wicke's because the price was great, with a 5 year warranty. That was about the only thing that is great about this company! Our couch frame broke 6 mos. After purchase and to make a long story kind of short it took about 1 month for them to come and pick it up to repair it. They delivered it 1 week later, only to break again 2 days later in the same spot!

Again we had to go through the whole pick up crap again. Every time I have called the customer service number I have never had someone answer. I am either on hold forever or I get diconnected. I have even called and they just don't answer the phone! The only way I have ever talked to a rep is by calling the store we purcahed the furniture from and they have a rep call me back. We have been dealing with these jerks since October and we are fed up! We demanded a new couch, there was no way they were sending that same couch back. They agreed. On my delivery day, it was the same couch again, unrepaired!

Then they claimed they were only sending that one until they delivered the new one the next week. Could've informed us of that! My husband has talked to numerous rep's and the supervisor-all worthless! We told them we are so unsatisfied with our purchase and want a refund. Oh, they have a no refund policy. Funny we don't have any of that info in the pamphlet they gave us. We have our new couch now, but we don't want to ever have to deal with these people again. Our next step is to write a letter to a woman who is above the supervisor we spoke with. We just want to be rid of this company and buy somewhere else where they actually care about customer satisfaction!
