Won't honor warranty

Bought Bryn Mawr two CertainTeed alternative windows in 2002 that allegedly had a liftime warranty. Today, given that they do not create the screen anymore, all-they are prepared to do is substitute the glass and anticipate me to consider the screen aside to displace the glass or SPEND to possess it completed. They did not provide me a lifetime guarantee about the GLASS, it had been about the screen, sash, glass and body. Their brochure extols the advantage of "Satisfaction Guaranteed" from the business which has been running a business since 1904 and this is the major reason I purchased their screen and never somebody else's1
