Rip off, you can never get through on the phone unless you have all night and they ship the wrong stuff

The first claim we filed we spent 3 days on hold for at least 2 hours. They shipped the worng sutff and we would have to call back waiting another 2 hours to talk to some one. They tried to cheaply fix a burn hole with putty. We just on 3/21/04 through the internet, because you cant get through their phone lines, filed another claim after a birthday party. It was not on their form so they faxed me a claim form.

Since that time they have sent me back emails they could not read it for a total of 8 emails from us to them. We finnally decided to call them to give them the info they said they could not read only to be told our claim was late and the damage to extensive. Their representative was rude and snotty. Tell me how can you tell there is extensive damage without looking at it.

I have reported them to MN Attorney General's office and plan to report them to their's as well. I encourge everyone to write them and complain. I also, with the magic of the internet, plan on complaining to their FOUNDER Matthew Smith. Nice Picture Matthew, Did Depauw teach you to rip folks off.
