Ripped Off

I received a proposal from Ron Roberts for the purchase and installation of bamboo floors. He needed $3725 up front to get his "contractors" prices from his supplier and informed me I would have new flooring shipped to me from China within two weeks. After a couple of delays I requested a copy of his materials invoice - he has cut off contact with me ever since. I try calling his number 818-2617197 but he never answers phone or returns phone calls. Only email address is available thru his LA County Craigslist postings - which he does not respond to. Come to find out this guy owes more than $30,000 in small claims judgments through Los Angeles and Orange County, CA courts. He makes his living by ripping people off! He knows how many others he has ripped off.
