Defective Carpet Cleaning Engine

Construction & Repair

I bought a carpet cleaning machine from world of clean that was cause many problem at the start. Problem with the electrical part, and fuel part. Finally the engine exploded while in use. Below is a list of all the problem before and after purchased.

1. The shipping of the engine took two and a half months when I was promise it would take about 3 weeks.

2. After receiving the engine it kept breaking down because of electrical problem and fuel problem when we were on the job. Many job had to be cancel or not complete. This cost us many client and lost time and money. It also put us in many embarrassing situation.

3. The engine exploded while being used. The operator could have been hurt if he was in the area of the explosion.

4. When I ask for a refund they only want to cover less than half the cost of the engine and than want you to pay for shipping it back.

5. They take advantage of the fact that they are a out of town LLC company which make it harder to sue unless you fly to their state. Which is my only recourse.

I would like to see that World of clean refund me the total amount for my replacement engine and the shipping cost.
