Company was administratively disolved in FL but is still doing business with HUD

This company has been doing business with HUD under the REAC/PASS program since 2009. The corporation was administratively dissolved by the FL Dept of State in September and yet still does business with the gov't. For those of us who follow the rules this is a real slap in the face.
