This ripoff club keeps sending me a bill for a book I returned. I have notified them many times it was returned

I keep getting a bill from this company for a book I did not keep. I used the return label and sent the book back. I am constantly getting a bill for this book. I have written them several times requesting them to check their records, because I returned this stupid book. How do you get them to stop billing me. If they turn this over to collections I really will be irate. It is bad enough they are including late charges and sending me a bill every time you turn around!!!
