Fraudulent billing ripoff to consumers

Ordered some books from Doubleday Book Club. When I received the books I discovered that they had shipped me one that was not ordered and didn't ship one that I had ordered. Emailed them about the error and what to do with the sook shipped in error. Received back an email that the corredt book would be shipped and to ignore the charges for the book sent in error. Kept recieving bills for the book and kept asking them what to do with the one shipped in error. After months of this they finally gave me an address to return the book to. To this date they are still billing for the book sent in error.in fact they now have a collection agency sending me letters threating to ruin my credit unless I pay for the book that was sent back to them.
