Ripoff

I Placed a couple of orders with ABC The Desk Drawer was twisted and then it broke. The Mirror was delivered broken. I returned the Mirror. They never returned it. So I kept calling finally after about 10 minutes on the Phone I get a Customer Service Rep.

She tells me that the Mirror was credited to my account so my question was I paid for the mirror so how was it Credited to my Account. She proceeded to tell me something to the effect that only $22.00 was credited to that Invoice but they cashed my Check of $118.00 Dollars. Now I know I have been out of School for a while but that just don't add up. Then she told me that in order for me to receive my Mirror that I had to Pay for it again. Now if I already paid for it once why should I have to pay for it again. I was given some song and Dance which I don't care how they try 1 1 still = 2. I canceled my Account. Not only is the Merchandise Shotty they charge you outrageous Delivery Charges. And then they just plain out Rip you off. I am going to have it investigated further. Beware!
