Cheap and non usable sheets - Bamboo Microfiber Sheet Set with Negative Ion Technolog

I bought deal for sheet set for $149.99; sheets were supposed to be bamboo microfiber of an exceptional quality; they piled the second time we put them on the bed. Totally worthless but expensive sheets. Complained and requested refund or exchange from National Hotel Bed Supply and of course we have never heard them. Checked the net and this is National Hotel Bed Supply's normal response: Sell cheap goods and then ignore the customer.
