Failed to Honor the 20 year Warranty

I bought this door at home Depot. I have this door eight years and in this time the bottom corner of the door has rotted away. I had the distributor come and he took pictures of the rot with a cellphone (really professional). He informed me that the ThermaTru company will not honor the 20 year warranty. Shame on them. Thankfully with todays technology I can share my bad experience with any future customers.
