Carpet wasn't right from 10-10 when layed as i complained to installer and store. Said because it was just a big roll it would come up nad just be cause it is small store u don't back up ur product. The carpet never stood up layed flat. Was told it would eventually come up. Eventuall has passed. Our old carpet was25yrs and vbetter shappe. $4000.00 is alot for us to pay for carpet. I have been disabled for many years. Sore said warranty is no ggod. Had another carpet co. Look at it and thwey said it was inferior product. Please help in some way if u can. If not i understand
