Jose Nevarez Does really bad plastering-Doesnt finish work-Just an all around Liar

We had this guy do a re plaster job on our home

In 2011. He was recommended to us from a worker at a Window company in Thousand

Oaks. Jose is based in the Palmdale area. I THOUGHT he was Licensed but not. He talks a lot about how good he is and how he will take care of the job until you are happy and how the house would look brand new (which it should).

Well. You say. "I would have never hired a person with

No license." And normally we would not as well. But in these times. Even

Licensed contractors cannot be trusted a lot of the time. Like a Text-Coat

Company we used in 2000 that WAS licensed and they just closed up and re opened

Under another entity. The CSLB said they could do nothing. And a Judge in

Ventura County threw the case out. Hmmmm, bet if it was his house he wouldn't

But. Back to Jose. The job was good except

For where they closed off a door. You can see where the door is and it really

Isn't blending in. The new patio leaks. And they brought the new plaster over

A sheet metal cap on an archway. He came out on 7-28-11 to repair stuff but only re did the door. And it looks worse. There are pics here
