This was single worst expierence we have ever encountered with any business. Ripoff

This company is is full of false hopes and empty promises. I can't begin to tell you the lack of communication, rude, unprofessional contractors, and lack of control these people demonstrate in the pool building industry.

They get all your money and then you get all the headaches. We were also individuals that paid for a plasture upgrade and waited 7 months to get the plaster. My 7 year old has better shipping skills and resources for that matter.

Our headaches include, poor plaster, leaking pumps, broken heater, footprints in plaster, broken lights... Lack of service.
