This person is trying to rent out an apartment that he doesn't own at 57 Bayswater Ave in Ottawa, ON. He claims to be out of town and will mail the keys upon receipt of a deposit cheque. He refuses to allow potential tenants to tour the unit: "You may go ahead and view the apartment from outside with the address i gave to you in previous email and you seen the pictures of the inside and you cant view the inside the apartment due to the security guiding the apartment and without the keys and the document you will be embarrassed from our security."
