Was kicked off the shut off protection plan

I've been about the turn off safety arrange for sometime today. Well I had been started from it after I was informed easily settled it from the 4th of July nicely I created my cost about the 3rd. The month before I contact ed directly into make certain easily settled my statement the next evening I'd NOT be kicked-off the program nicely 24 hours later I named directly into create my cost I had been kicked-off the program and today im being informed I CAn't be put-back on since you just get twice nicely I had been not kicked-off the program due to non-payment I had been kicked-off since the providers provide you with the incorrect info. Today im screwed since they're informing me I've to pay for my overdue stability of 1800.00 in 5 times or they'll close me off. Im so angry its not correct of these to get this done after I settled my expenses after I was informed I really could and so I DIDN'T get kicked-off the program I DISLIKE CUSTOMERS ENERGY PROVIDERS they're rude and incredibly inconsiderate I've never been handled like garbage from the skilled location like this. If there is another organization I really could go-to for gasoline and electrical I'd have created the change permanently ago.
