I ordered a desk and my credit card was charged immediately - after repeated calls to the company and two months, I still have not received my merchandise

I ordered a desk on-line and my credit card was charged immediately. After repeated unreturned phone calls and two months have passed, I still have not received my merchandise. I was finally able to speak with David who prominsed each week that the merchandise would be delivered on a specific day. The desk never came. He also gave me an incorrect phone number and tracking number for the delivery truck. The desk was promised for delivery on this coming Tuesday (this is the forth promised delivery date). We'll see if it actually arrives. I don't believe it has ever left the store.
