No return allowed, which wasn't clear at time of purchase ripoff

I bought an electric crepe pan for 138.00 (which is no small amount of money for me). It wasn't quite what I expected and contacted the company about returning it—unused.

They refused to accept a return. They said it is clearly marked in their policy, only defective merchandise can be returned, which was not true. If it had been clear it would be somewhere on the order form I filled out.

It was Not Clear. They will not take it back now and I am just out the 138.00 tax and S&H.
