I'm transferring this Friday as a result of change in homeowners. Direct Power is declining to permit me to cancell providers because I'm under agreement, nor possess a new handle within their support area. I keep calling in and everybody keeps teling me that without and address within their support region I can't end providers and should continue spending the expenses as of this target. They've released an end purchase on my consideration informing me I can't quit servcies till I give a new handle within their region to carry on the agreement. I had been compelled to record bankruptcy last month when identitytheft ruined my name. They've declined to also ackowledge this and record obtained paperwork or consider the data along. They've managed to get obvious before judge supports them-they don't care. AVOID DIRECT POWER!!! They're the worst business actually.
