Product is not what they claim it be

This product lasted only about one year as described. The problems that I have had are:

Severe Fading, staining, tire prints, bad peeling in spots, chipping, and flaking.

I contacted customer support on several occasions and finally they sent me their warranty packet, When I performed the tests, especially the "duct tape" test, the floor coating came up in very big sections. I have never heard back from this company.

Installation was performed by myself and my father who owns a family contractiong company that has been in business since the 1930's. The concrete was new and had cured for close to two months.instructions for installation were followed presicely.
