A 10 day Kitchen renovation job took more than 2 months and still not finished

George, my contractor wants $8000 on May 19, promising to finish the work of kitchen renovation in 10 days. On June 6, he wants another $6,000. It has been over 2 months now, it is still not finished. The kitchen cabinets I got was each a different color. I feel that he has been taking advantage of me because I am a disabled veteran.
