Sold me a very bad bed that hurts my body!

Hey my husband went to the chicago liquidation center two weeks ago to get two twin set beds off laway. I went with him one time to try ouit the matress at the store. It felt comfortable and soft. I told the guy this mat is comfy. Can I get a mat like this one. He said sure. I laid on the matress when I woke I was really bad back pain my upper back. I had to use a heating pad on my back. Everytime I went to sleep I was in bad back pian in my upper back. I was praying to GOD to heal my back. It gotten alot better with heating pad. I called the store and explained the situation. He said the beds are the same. I said no there not! One is firm and other one is soft. I asked hime even though I took plastic off can I get a softer matress. NO becuase we don't take mats without plastic. My husband spoke to him in person. He said that both mats are the same. No refunds! So we are just stuck with a bad mat. The mat feels like The Flinstones BEDROCK!!!
