Accurate air conditioning & heating
Almost a month and still not resolved... With a baby under 1 in the house

June 14th reported to Americam Home Shield that my tenents A/C was not working properly and a puddle had formed on the flooe next to the indoor unit, they despatched Accurate air & heat, they turned up on 6/16 and advised that it was aplumbing issue, the A/C was fine, a plumber was sent who advised it was an A/C issue. Accurate came back on 6/21 and advised that they needed a part, after chasing them several times a tech was lined up for 7/5, on JUly 3rd the A/C went out completely in 100degree heat and a bady under one on the house. (I accomodate my tenents in a hotel thinking, all would be resolved 7/5) the tech advised that he noticed that their were some wires whioch needed reattaching but he had only come to clean the unit and that he did not know what I was talking about regarding any 'parts' (seems they lied about that bit), he couldnt do the wires as this was 'specialized' talked Accurate and was told that the best they could do was get someone out on Saturday, (more Hotels Bills), chased Accurate to see if they had an opening sooner to be told Monday was the best they could do... No one knew anything about the Saturday conversation, these people are a bunch of Liars and con artists, this has still not been resolved and upto now I have had to foot 8 nights in a hotel for my tenents, it would have been cheaper to pay a reputable Air condiotioning company than claim on the warranty... Also I paid Accurate the $60 call out fee on on 6/16 and it still doesnt show up with AHS so everytime I call them they ask for payment... Bunch of conmen...
